Dreaded Summer Hair

I love the summer. The sun, the heat, the sea, the beach...but my hair doesn't.

To naturally have this 'beachy hair' which has dried naturally from the sea salt just doesn't happen for me.

My hair frizzes, thickens and becomes untameable, especially when i go on holiday. So i tend to shove it in a bun on top of my head and forget about it.

I always use moroccan oil/cream on my hair and it works great throughout the colder months, but i am yet to find that product to help my summer barnet!

When the weather cools down, and i want to wear my hair loose again, the terror awaits. Dry and lifeless hair is now my problem (help!)

Vogue has posted the '12 best fall beauty products', including hair care and skin care.

L'Oreal's 'Mythic Oil' has had great reviews saying it is immediately absorbed into the hair and great for all hair types, leaving hair non-greasy and nourished.

My hair also doesn't appear to grow past a certain length, which has always been a problem for me wanting long luscious hair (but then, who doesn't!). I always resort to hair extensions!

A friend has recommended Lee Stafford's 'For hair that never grows past a certain length', claiming it has definitely made her hair grow longer. I will have to purchase it and see if it works for me! I have started to use my hair irons less in an attempt to help my hair grow, maybe this product will help stimulate my hair. Fingers crossed.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for hair growth/dryness?

Into the big wide world..

As Uni was drawing to a close, and the prospect of moving home was ever more apparent, i knew the one thing i HAD to do was to keep busy.

So i found myself a local job working with a Student Travel School. Working 7 days a week and keeping me out of the house till 11pm sure kept me busy. For 2 months.

I had an amazing two months, meeting people from all over Europe (mainly Scandinavians) and being introduced to new languages was fun.
Ever since, i have found myself being a hermit, in my room all day long feeling completely lost.
What do i do now?!

As much as i know the sensible thing would be looking for internships, i can't help feeling all i want to do is travel and go out and meet new, interesting people.

I am now understanding the 'confusing period' many graduates go through. But i know, soon, it will all make sense. Fingers crossed.
